Situated on Sukhumvit Rd (Highway 3), 1.5km from Jomtien beach and 5km from Central Pattaya Road. The Village is located directly in the path of business and residential growth moving south towards new development and housing projects in the Na Jomtien and Bang Saray areas.

Demographics: The Pattaya and Jomtien areas have a total estimated population of over 300,000 people consisting of permanent Thai and expatriate residents, and visiting Thai and foreign tourists. The area surrounding The Village is densely populated with many hotels, resorts, condos and housing projects.

Expatriate & Local Community: The Pattaya & Jomtien areas are home to the largest growing expatriate community in Thailand. In the immediate vicinity are many large housing projects, condominiums, hotels and resorts. Running south along Sukhumvit Rd after The Village there are no shopping centres for another 25 km. The Village will therefore offer close convenient shopping and essential services for many local residents as well as attracting passing custom.

Tour Companies: The Village is ideally located and the most easily accessible shopping mall able to accept large tour buses in the Pattaya and Jomtien area. Situated directly en route of many of the main tourist attractions The Village offers easy access and ample parking for all tour companies looking to avoid congestion in town. Retailers and foods and beverages vendors are guaranteed daily custom from visiting tours which prove popular with large volumes of mainly foreign (Scandinavian, Russian, Chinese, Korean & Japanese) and Thai tourists.

Tourists: According to the Tourism Authority of Thailand figures, in 2007 Pattaya & Jomtien received a total of 5.83 million visitors staying an average of 3.13 days and spending an average of Bt 3,012 per person per day (US$100). In total tourists injected Bt 59.47 billion (US$1.98 billion) into the local economy, almost double the amount spent in 2001.
